General Duty Dolly Shepherd Casters
Load Capacity 90-300 Lbs. Each Caster
- Recommended for general warehouse and factory applications such as furniture dollies, laundry carts, bakers racks and tool boxes; a good combination of strength, durability and economy.
- Swivel Casters: Horn and bearing raceway are formed from a single piece of heavy-gauge steel, deeply corrugated to withstand stress and prevent distortion under full rated load.
- Load Bearing: Single row of hardened, polished ball bearing roll freely in a large-diameter, lubricated raceway.
- King Pin: Riveted and coined for durability in rated service Wheel Bearings: Plain, self-lubricating.
- Finish: Corrosion-resistant zinc
Bassick HONCHO 900 Material Handling Casters
For platform trucks, warehouse trucks, mobile containers and other material handling trucks carrying up to 3,600 pounds in hand pushed or conveyor towed applications.
Comes in series Swivel or rigid 5", 6" and 8" Diameter wheels.
Shepherd Institutional Top Plate Casters
Capacities from 125 to 300 lbs.
- Top Plate & Yoke Base - Heavily embossed, formed steel to extend caster life under rugged conditions.
- Swivel Section - Hardened double ball bearing raceways to resist wear and improve maneuverability.
- Kingpin - 1/2" hydraulically upset steel rivet.
- Axle - 3/8" diameter hollow axle with lock nut.
- Finish - All parts except wheel are zinc plated to resist rust or corrosion.
- Hardened Inner Race - Hardened spanner bushing forms inner race for straight roller or Oilex bearing wheels.
