Each year, Conveyer & Caster engages in numerous volunteer and fundraising endeavors in our efforts to support our local community through the salvation army and the Harbor Light foundation. Our employees take great pride in the work we do to take care of the towns in which we do business in.

Volunteering by Bellringing
Our team took time out of the work day in December to ring the bell in our community outside local businesses, raising awareness and funds for the Salvation army and their famous red kettles.
Facilitating a Spirit of Regular Giving
We allow employees to donate regularly with voluntary programs to help foster a spirit of consistent generosity and community support.
Volunteering at Harbor Light Complex
We have employees that regularly visit the Harbor Light Complex to volunteer on a monthly basis to serve meals and feel the hungry in downtown Cleveland.

Encouraging Employees to Volunteer
The spirit of giving back, doing the right thing, and caring for the people around you is one of the most important things we feel we can instill in our team.
