Live demonstrations, hands-on experiences, industry insights, and plenty of excitement made the 2026 Cleveland Material Handling & Safety Expo a day to remember!
On September 24, 2026, Conveyer & Caster welcomed customers, manufacturers, industry professionals, and friends to our headquarters in Westlake, Ohio, for the Cleveland Material Handling & Safety Expo. With a warehouse already full of innovative equipment on a regular day, the influx of supplier displays and booths took the atmosphere to an entirely new level. Both attendees and Conveyer & Caster employees alike were able to have great experiences, engaging educational sessions, great food, and opportunities to connect with industry experts. The event brought the material handling and workplace safety communities together for a day of learning, discovery, and fun.
Now that the dust has settled, we’re excited to look back at some of the highlights that made this year’s Expo such a success!
Watch the highlights below, and thank you again for being part of the 2026 Cleveland Material Handling & Safety Expo!
A Warehouse Full of Innovation
The heart of the Expo was our warehouse, where our manufacturing partners showcased a wide range of material handling equipment, technologies, and solutions designed to make workplaces safer, more efficient, and more productive. Many of these displays are on site year round!
Throughout the day, attendees explored live equipment demonstrations, spoke directly with product experts, and discovered new ways to tackle everyday challenges in their facilities. From improving material flow and storage efficiency to enhancing ergonomics and workplace safety, there was something to see around every corner.
One of the biggest highlights was our Test Track sponsored by B&P Manufacturing and Colson Group, where attendees had the opportunity to put material handling and mobility equipment to the test themselves. Rather than simply hearing about product capabilities, attendees could experience firsthand how different solutions perform and get a better feel for the equipment that could make a difference in their operations.

Learning from Industry Experts
Beyond the excitement on the warehouse floor, the Expo featured educational seminars that drew engaged audiences throughout the day.
Representatives from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) led informative sessions focused on ergonomics and workplace safety, offering practical insights into reducing physical strain, preventing injuries, and creating safer working environments.
We also welcomed a panel of MHEDA suppliers made up of Steel King, Wire Crafters, and UNEX for a discussion exploring industry trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving challenges facing material handling operations. Attendees had the opportunity to hear perspectives from industry professionals and gain insight into where material handling is headed.
These sessions helped make the Expo more than just an equipment showcase, giving attendees valuable knowledge they could take back to their own facilities.

Great Food, Refreshments, and Plenty of Prizes!
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Conveyer & Caster event without some fun mixed in!
Food trucks From Forno Pizza and Barrio kept everyone fueled with delicious options for both lunch and dinner, while our friends at Sibling Revelry Brewing helped keep the refreshments flowing throughout the day.
And then there were the raffles!
Attendees had plenty of chances to walk away with some incredible prizes, including TVs, YETI coolers, drones, speakers, and more. With winners announced throughout the event, the raffles added another layer of excitement to an already action-packed day.
Between demonstrations, seminars, food, and giveaways, there was never a dull moment!
Bringing the Material Handling Community Together
While the equipment and demonstrations were certainly exciting, one of the most rewarding parts of the Expo was seeing so many people from across the industry come together under one roof.
Customers connected with manufacturers, industry professionals exchanged ideas, and attendees discovered new products and solutions they might not otherwise have had the opportunity to experience firsthand.
For Conveyer & Caster, that’s what the Expo was all about: creating opportunities to learn, connect, and find better ways to move, store, and handle materials safely and efficiently.
Thank You for Making It Possible!
To our exhibitors, thank you for bringing your expertise, equipment, and enthusiasm to the warehouse floor. To our speakers, thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping educate our attendees.
