Belting

PVC-120 black, standard

Drive Pulley

8″ diameter with 1-7/16″ diameter shaft on 15″ to 39″ between frame dimension models; 12″ diameter pulley with 1-15/16″ diameter shaft for models above 39″ between frame dimension. Both are crowned and fully lagged.

Tail Pulley

4″ diameter with 1-3/16″ diameter shaft on 15″ to 39″ between frame dimension models; 6″ diameter with 1-7/16″ diameter shaft on models above 39″ between frame dimension. Both are crowned.

End Drive

Allows one-direction (unit) operation; add the optional center drive for reversible application

Take-Up

Screw type unit at tail pulley provides 12″ of belt take-up

Bearings

All pulley bearings are precision, heavy duty, lubricated, ball bearing units with cast iron housings.

Carrier Rollers

2-1/2″ diameter x 11 gauge steel, model 251S.

Return Rollers

1.9″ diameter x 16 gauge steel, model 196S, adjustable.

Belt Speed

35 FPM constant, standard

Squaring Rods

3-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ x 10 gauge channel frame. Bed sections attached with couplings and floor supports.

Floor Supports

8″ diameter end drive models are adjustable 30-1/4″ to 33-1/4″ Top of Belt with SH-6 supports at end plates and SH-7 at intermediates. 12″ diameter end drive models are adjustable from 30-1/4″ to 33-1/4″ top-of-belt with SH-5 supports at the drive and SH-6 intermediate supports. Supports provided on 5′ centers and should be lagged to the floor.

Motor Drive

1 HP, 230V/460V/3PH, 60Hz, ODP right angle gear motor, standard

Roller Chain

Drive pulley is driven by Number 50 roller chain for 1-1/2 HP or less and Number 60 roller chain on larger drives. Chain take-up provided on the motor base.

Warning

Prevent pinch points that exist when belt conveyors are permanently attached to other conveyors! Use connector brackets with safety pop-out roller (other stationary equipment will require proper guarding and safety devices supplied by others).
