“Wheels of Fame”: Celebrating Dedication at Conveyer & Caster

Conveyer & Caster is pleased to announce the new display at Westake, Ohio Facility.

At Conveyer & Caster, we believe in honoring the dedication and hard work of our employees. Today, we are thrilled to unveil a new addition to our workplace that embodies the very dedication we hold so dear: the “Wheels of Fame.” This unique display piece was conceptualized, designed, and constructed by our employees, for our employees. It pays homage to the individuals who have contributed their time and talent to our company, showcasing their years of service in a unique – and interactive – way.

The “Wheels of Fame” consists of a series of red polyurethane wheels, each bearing the names of our esteemed employees along with their starting month and year. These wheels are proudly displayed on vertical pipes representing various milestones: 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, and 30+ years. It’s not just a display; it’s a testament to the longevity and commitment of our team members. “Being able to show the longevity and show that employees have somewhere to go within the company is crucial” said TIm Gable, Vice President Of Sales

What sets the “Wheels of Fame” apart is the opportunity for every employee to earn their wheel. After two years of dedicated service, whether in the warehouse, the office, or out and about in the world helping clients implement the best in material handling solutions, all individuals become eligible to have their names emblazoned on one of these tribute pieces. It’s not just a symbol of time served; it’s a badge of honor, a mark of belonging to the Conveyer & Caster team.”

This initiative is more than just a decoration; it’s a celebration of our company culture and the people who make it thrive. By prominently showcasing the names of our employees, along with their years of service, we hope to reinforce the value we place on loyalty, dedication, and teamwork. It’s a visual reminder of the bonds we’ve built and the milestones we’ve achieved together. Sutton Klodnick, who recently celebrated 5 years at Conveyer & Caster and was part of the team that came up with the idea for the wall, said “It was a fun experience working with the team and producing such a unique piece that truly reflects Conveyer & Caster”. On his recent work anniversary, Sutton said “It’s an incredible feeling knowing I’ve been at Conveyer & Caster for five years. I feel very valuesd and appreciated around the office and I’m extremely thankful for everything Jeff and Trevor have done for me and the company.”.

The “Wheels of Fame” also serves as a source of inspiration for current and future employees. Seeing the names of their coworkers displayed prominently reminds everyone of the opportunities for growth and advancement within our company. It fosters a sense of community and encourages individuals to strive for excellence in their own careers. Moreover, the Wheels of Fame reflects our commitment to transparency and recognition. By publicly acknowledging the contributions of our team members, we ensure that their efforts are seen and appreciated by all. It’s a small gesture, but we hope it reflects our culture of appreciation and respect.

As we unveil the “Wheels of Fame”, we invite anyone visiting our Westlake, Ohio facility to check out the “Wheels of Fame” and encourage our team to take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve taken together and the milestones we’ve reached along the way. Each wheel represents not just years of service, but a story of dedication, passion, and teamwork. Together, we hope to add many more names to this fun display and continue to celebrate the spirit of Conveyer & Caster for years to come. Join us in honoring the individuals who have helped shape our company and embody the values we hold dear.
